BestQueenstown is published by Amit Sharma as part of the NZ City Guides network. It is a small, independently run site rather than a company with a support desk, so email reaches the person who actually builds and edits it.

If you own or manage a Queenstown business listed here and something is wrong — the address, the opening hours, the phone number, the category it sits in — email us and we will correct it. Tell us the business name and what is wrong, and we will get to it.
You can also ask for a listing to be removed entirely. We do not require a reason and we will not argue about it.
Rankings
Placement in a Top 10 is editorial and is not for sale, so “please rank us higher” is the one request we cannot act on. If you think a ranking is wrong on the facts rather than on preference, say which facts and we will look again.
Advertising
Sponsorship and featured placements are handled on the advertise page, which explains what is available. Enquiries come to the same address.
Privacy requests
To ask what personal information we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, email us and we will action it. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.
Press and everything else
